The short version
Morning Gratitude has a 14-day, no-questions full refund. The Complete Reset Collection can be cancelled for a full refund before delivery, and remains fully refundable through 15 September 2026 after the complete collection arrives. Morning Gratitude remains yours.
How to request a refund
Reply to the receipt email you received from Creem (our payment partner and merchant of record), or write to contact@michael-koval.space with the email address you used at checkout. Refunds are issued by Creem to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Complete Reset Collection founding presale
You may cancel the €30 founding presale at any time before the remaining ten sessions are delivered on or before 1 September 2026. If we cancel the collection or fail to deliver it, we will refund it in full.
After the complete collection arrives, you may listen and decide for yourself. Request a refund by 15 September 2026 and the full €30 will be returned. This fixed date applies even if the collection arrives early. No questionnaire or justification is required, and the Morning Gratitude audio already delivered remains yours for personal use.
The next public price or reopening terms for the collection are not yet set and do not affect founding buyers' refund rights.
EU withdrawal right
As an EU consumer you normally have a 14-day withdrawal right, which for digital content can lapse once delivery begins with your consent. Our 14-day no-questions policy is offered on top of — and never limits — any mandatory rights you have under EU or local consumer law.
