The short version
If a digital product doesn't fit you, tell us within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund. No forms, no justification needed. You can keep the audio for personal use.
How to request a refund
Reply to the receipt email you received from Creem (our payment partner and merchant of record), or write to contact@michael-koval.space with the email address you used at checkout. Refunds are issued by Creem to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Live sessions
When live sessions launch: a booked session pack is refundable in full before your first attended session, and pro-rata afterwards. Details will be published with the live offering.
EU withdrawal right
As an EU consumer you normally have a 14-day withdrawal right, which for digital content can lapse once delivery begins with your consent. Our 14-day no-questions policy is offered on top of — and never limits — any mandatory rights you have under EU or local consumer law.
