Listen only when you can pause safely
Do not use these recordings while driving, cycling, operating equipment, in or near water, standing where faintness could cause injury, or during anything that requires your full attention.
Keep the breathing comfortable
The breathing guidance is intended to be gentle. Never strain or force the breath. Breathe naturally, pause the recording or stop at any time.
In sessions that include breath holds, use the shortest comfortable option. Hold time is not a target or a competition. Shorten or skip any hold, and return to natural breathing at the first sign of discomfort. Extend a hold only gradually across repeated sessions, and only while it remains easy.
Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, unwell, panicked, in pain or significantly uncomfortable. Seek appropriate medical help if symptoms are severe or do not settle.
Health considerations
These practices are for general wellbeing and personal reflection. They are not medical or psychological treatment and do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
If you are pregnant, or have a cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological or mental health condition—including epilepsy, panic disorder or any condition that may be affected by breathing exercises—speak with an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning.
No previous meditation or breathwork experience is required. You remain responsible for choosing whether and how to participate.
