Time to Breathe (michael-koval.space) is operated by Michael Koval, a Ukrainian individual entrepreneur (registered as FOP Koval M. at 97 Tsentralnyi ave. 54055 Mykolaiv Ukraine) ("we", "I"). Contact: contact@michael-koval.space.
2. What we sell
We sell Morning Gratitude, a completed guided audio practice, and a time-limited founding presale for the Complete Reset Collection. Product descriptions, prices, availability and delivery details shown at the time of purchase form part of these terms.
3. Payments and merchant of record
Paid checkout is operated by Creem (creem.io), acting as merchant of record. Creem processes your payment, issues your receipt and invoice, handles applicable VAT/sales tax, and delivers purchased files. Your purchase is additionally governed by Creem's buyer terms, presented at checkout.
4. Delivery
Morning Gratitude is delivered immediately after successful payment through Creem's protected file delivery. If nothing arrives within one hour, check your spam folder and Creem customer portal, then contact us or reply to your receipt.
The Complete Reset Collection founding presale includes Morning Gratitude immediately and ten additional downloadable guided audio sessions delivered by email on or before 1 September 2026. We will provide material progress updates. You may cancel before the remaining sessions are delivered; if we cancel or fail to deliver the collection, we will refund the €30 presale price in full.
5. Refunds
See the Refund Policy. Morning Gratitude has a 14-day, no-questions full refund. The Complete Reset Collection is fully refundable before delivery and through 15 September 2026 after delivery. On a collection refund, Morning Gratitude remains licensed to you for personal use.
6. Personal use license
Purchased audio is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. Morning Gratitude remains licensed after a voluntary refund. You may download and keep licensed files on your devices, but may not resell, redistribute, publicly perform or upload them for others to access.
7. Health disclaimer
Our products are wellbeing practices, not medical treatment, and are no substitute for professional medical advice or care. Breathing exercises involve gentle breath regulation and short optional breath holds. If you are pregnant, or have a cardiovascular condition, epilepsy, respiratory illness, panic disorder, or any condition affected by breathing exercises, consult a doctor before use. Never practice breath holds while driving, standing, or in or near water. Stop immediately if you feel faint or unwell. You use the practices at your own responsibility.
8. Free content and email
The free sample and release-notification list are provided as-is and may change or end at any time. You can unsubscribe from release emails at any time.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
11. Consumer disputes
If you have a problem, write first to contact@michael-koval.space so we can try to resolve it directly. If you are a consumer, any mandatory consumer protection, mediation, or dispute-resolution rights available under the laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
The European Commission's former online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in 2025 and no longer accepts complaints.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Ukrainian FOP operating this site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
