1. Who we are
Time to Breathe (michael-koval.space) is operated by Michael Koval, a Ukrainian individual entrepreneur (registered as FOP Koval M. at 97 Tsentralnyi ave. 54055 Mykolaiv Ukraine) ("we", "I"). Contact: contact@michael-koval.space.
2. What we sell
Digital audio products (guided breathing and gratitude practices) and, when announced, live online group sessions. Product descriptions, prices, and delivery details are stated on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
3. Payments and merchant of record
Paid checkout is operated by Creem (creem.io), acting as merchant of record. Creem processes your payment, issues your receipt and invoice, handles applicable VAT/sales tax, and delivers purchased files. Your purchase is additionally governed by Creem's buyer terms, presented at checkout.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered by email immediately after successful payment. If nothing arrives within one hour, check your spam folder, then contact us or reply to your Creem receipt.
5. Refunds
See the Refund Policy. In short: 14 days, no questions, full refund on digital products. Refunded users may keep the audio for personal use.
6. Personal use license
Purchased and refunded audio is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may download and keep it on your devices. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly perform, or upload it for others to access.
7. Health disclaimer
Our products are wellbeing practices, not medical treatment, and are no substitute for professional medical advice or care. Breathing exercises involve gentle breath regulation and short optional breath holds. If you are pregnant, or have a cardiovascular condition, epilepsy, respiratory illness, panic disorder, or any condition affected by breathing exercises, consult a doctor before use. Never practice breath holds while driving, standing, or in or near water. Stop immediately if you feel faint or unwell. You use the practices at your own responsibility.
8. Free content and email
Free samples, newsletters, and waitlists are provided as-is and may change or end at any time. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
11. Consumer disputes
If you have a problem, write first to contact@michael-koval.space so we can try to resolve it directly. If you are a consumer, any mandatory consumer protection, mediation, or dispute-resolution rights available under the laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
The European Commission's former online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in 2025 and no longer accepts complaints.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Ukrainian FOP operating this site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
